It's been a long time!

Wow! It has been a while since we've done this. Our apologies, we couldn't figure out our password :) Now that we are back we should be doing a little better job at this......hopefully. Well, this was just to let you know that we are back! Keep reading.

Lives Changed!

We just got back from Passion 07!
What an incredible experience!

There were 37 of us that went....
So many new thoughts about how to live
this life for HIM!
So many of the students (and leaders for that matter)
came away asking the questions...
"What am I doing to get the word out to the nations?"
"How can I leverage my life for His Name and His Renown?"
"What does it look like to take risks for Him?"

We had the privilege of taking Brian along with us. Even though
he isn't 18-25 yrs. old and isn't a college leader...
we knew that there was nowhere else for him to be while we were
in Atlanta. We didn't quite know what the other leaders would think
about us having a man that was a homeless drunk less than 1 month ago
in the college leader breakout sessions.
Everyone was so gracious, and even said that Brian was a blessing to have
there.
Being that Passion 07 was focused on reaching out to the least of these, it seemed
more than appropriate!
The last night, 24,000 college students walked silently to the final late night gathering...
As we sang Amazing Grace with candles lit, I turned around and Brian was gone.
None of us knew where he went, but it turns out that he made his way through the Huge
crowd to get back to a cross that was brought in by college students...
Brian is on a journey....
And we are more than thrilled to walk with him!
